Grape-Almond Chutney

Organic Almonds (20%, soak overnight and remove skins)
Organic Red Seedless Grapes (80%, MUST be sweet variety)
Mum's Masala (for say a 1/2 cup chutney, try using 1/2 tsp.)
Soma Salt (1/8 tsp. suggestion, but use according to taste)
Fresh Mint Leaves (5 to ten depending on size, try for a subtle background taste of mint)
Lime Juice (according to taste)
Organic Virgin Olive Oil
Add everything but the olive all and blend well
Near end of blending add a little olive oil. (do not over blend the oil or will make chutney bitter)
Optional: I have also added organic walnut pieces to my chutney and think it tastes better and
gives it a great crunchy texture (if not over-blended)
