Introduction to Ayurveda CD

The audio file is a recording of a public talk on Ayurveda. It summarizes the concept of life, the explanation of its functioning through the governing principles of vata, pitta, and kapha, and give some insight to the nature of cause and effect. Both health and disease are managed by means of vata, pitta, and kapha. However, they are managed by our diet, lifestyle, thoughts, emotions, exposure to infectious agents, toxic agents, and spiritual agents. Total time is about 100'.
