This CD audio is the audible portion of a workshop presented to Ayurvedic students in Berkeley, Ca. 2005. The workshop gave students an overview of the written record from antiquity of our science--Ayurveda. The Great Three--Caraka, Sushruta, Vagbhata--and the Minor Three--Sharngadhara, Bhavaprakasha, Madhava--are discussed for contributions, organization, content, and so on. Other texts--Bhela, Kashyapa, Cakradatta--are briefly mentioned in this light as well. The Handouts for the workshop are included in this offering.
